F for Farewell

As clouds gathered in the sky,
So did dark thoughts in her mind.

As pitter-patter fell the raindrops,

so did her tears.

Far away lightning struck
And torched a tree,
Here,
 pain struck her broken heart.

Why me???
She cried deep inside...

She had lost everything...

Her friends had betrayed her trust

Her love had betrayed her too.

She had no one to look forward to...

She cast a tearful glance around her.

She bid a silent adieu to all...

To the city,

She was born in,

Where she had grown up...

Before...

Before she...

Before she hopped on the train going to a distant land,

Where no one can reach her

Or where no one knows her.

But as they say

'We plan for life,

But Life always has a different plan for us'

  6. This could be written about Naomi, the main character in my book that's about to come out in print. I love it! How a Fitbit helps improve your life.
