He eagerly waited for her arrival,
Nervously pacing up and down the corridor,
He had waited for this moment for long.
And then she arrived...
He held her close,
for the first time.
He was mesmerized by her...
With her Shiny Doe-shaped eyes
She was staring at him.
And,
He Fell in love...
With the little bundle of joy,
His first grandchild,
His Granddaughter...
She was his love...Love at first sight.
Nothing like the love that wells up inside you when you first hold that new little grandbaby in your arms! Genetics - a Death Sentence, or a Wake-up Call?
